Delete your data

This page explains how to delete the data that CarryVid, by YDLY Co., Ltd., keeps about you.

Delete from the app

1. Open CarryVid.
2. Tap the settings icon, then scroll to Privacy.
3. Tap Delete my data, then Delete.

Your data is deleted immediately. Deleting doesn't cancel a Plus subscription: cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.

What gets deleted

• Your anonymous account ID
• Your credit balance, including bought and Plus credits
• Your credit history (spends, refunds and grants)

What is kept

A record of each Google Play purchase (the purchase token, product and date) is kept, no longer linked to you, so the same purchase can't be redeemed twice and for our accounting records. We keep these records for as long as the law requires us to keep transaction records, up to 7 years.

Data on your phone

Saved videos, download history, bookmarks, browsing history and site sign-ins are only on your phone. Delete them in the app, or uninstall CarryVid to remove all of them. Saved videos in Movies/CarryVid stay until you delete them from your gallery.

Can't use the app?

Email support@ydly.co with the subject "Delete my data". Because the account is anonymous, we need something to find it: include your Google Play order number if you bought anything. If you never bought anything and no longer have the app, the account holds no information that identifies you.
