Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and YDLY Co., Ltd. ("we") about your use of the CarryVid app and the carryvid.com website. By using CarryVid you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use CarryVid.

1. What CarryVid does

CarryVid saves videos and audio that you choose, from links you provide, to your own device for offline viewing. CarryVid doesn't host, store or distribute any content.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you're under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.

3. Your responsibility

Only save content you have the right to keep: content you created, content offered for free download, content under a licence that permits it, or content whose owner permits saving. You are responsible for complying with copyright law and the terms of the sites you use. Don't use CarryVid to infringe anyone's rights or to redistribute content.

4. No circumvention

CarryVid doesn't bypass digital rights management (DRM) or other copy protection, and will refuse protected content. Some sites can't be saved from. Don't try to get around these limits, the credit system or the daily limit, or interfere with our servers.

5. Credits

Downloads cost credits; the app shows the cost before every download. Credits for failed or cancelled downloads are returned automatically. Bought credits don't expire. Credits are a licence to use CarryVid, not money: they have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged. We may limit downloads to 50 a day to prevent abuse. If you delete your data, any remaining credits are lost.

6. CarryVid Plus

Plus is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Google Play. It gives you 300 credits each calendar month, which don't roll over, and removes ads. It renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions; Plus stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. If we change the price, Google Play will tell you before it applies.

7. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google Play's terms, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. You can also ask us for a refund at support@ydly.co. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

8. Ads

Free use may include rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded ad unlocks one download.

9. Availability

We provide CarryVid "as is". Sites change, and we can't guarantee that any particular video can be saved or that CarryVid will always be available. We may change or stop features, and we may suspend use that breaks these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, the app will ask you to agree again.
